great location eager staff super clean room missing drawers faulty door elevator issue
The location was great. It was easy to get to local attractions. The staff were always available and eager to assist. My room, the 'Jasmin,' was well kept and super clean. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices.
There were no drawers in the room to store clothes, inconvenient. The main door did not close automatically. I found I had to use my key to ensure it was properly secured. The elevator was out of service for two days. This was quite an inconvenience.
